Forum Suggestions & User Assistance - some mods embarrassed themselves yesterday

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I would suggest that Mods who like to FooTalk with their pals keep their silly stuff in Foo; all 365 days. Silly stuff doesn't get any less juvenile on April 1st.
Oh Please. If you take yourself so seriously you have to start a thread publicly informing the mods that you believe they some how embarrassed themselves then you need to take a good long look in the mirror and figure out where you lost your sense of humor. If you can't take one day a year to lighten up a bit and chuckle at a joke thread or two, then maybe you belong at Harvard (http://www.zug.com/pranks/harvard-vs-mit/).

Harvard has a longstanding tradition of institutional humor (National Lampoon anyone). Yale, on the other hand. :p

I always embarrass myself, AND with pride! Nobody else can because I don't give them the power to.

Perhaps you could be a tad more specific? Was the timing off? Simply a poor performance?
How can we make it a better experience for you? This is the User Assistance forum, after all.
