Hello,
I'm heading to England for 2-3 weeks with the family to spend time with my in-laws. I will not have a bike that I can borrow there (and even if I could, my in-laws will not have room for it with all the family over.)
I've been commuting, doing ~30 miles a day and I feel that I have recently reached a new level of fitness. The commutes don't seem to make me as tired and even though there have been strong headwinds I been able to handle them. I don't want my fitness level to decrease to the point that the commute is too much of a strain to do everyday.
Any ideas as far as what I need to do to maintain my fitness level? If I just did nothing, what could I expect to deal with when I got back?
Thanks.
