With all the attention my new road bike project was getting my mountain bike started to get a little jealous... So I thought I'd do something nice for it so it wouldn't feel neglected...

I'm also thinking about a flat-bar to lower my stance on the bike a bit too...to get a little more aggressive with it...

any recomendations in that area?

I thought my scheme was unique, your accents are almost identical to my KONA Kula Primo.
Red CK headset,Silver Thomson X4, Red titanium skewers, but I have the silver thomson seatpost, with a silver Salsa QR clamp (It should be red). I do have a red metal flake Serfas ARC Kevlar seat though :)
My frame is a dark gray with a dark bluish/gray Fox F80.
I have XTR hubs and it is very difficult resisting some of those sweet red CK centerlocks (I won't buy them..I won't buy them.. )
I was looking at some red OURY grips and red jockey wheels too.

I bought a thomson X4, but with my bike the steerer tube is bare steel - and you can see it through the spaces in the clamp. Was your steerer already black, or did you have to paint it? (Or is it annodized or something?)
