Most of my tandem upgrades are in and installed. I think the bike is looking and riding very nicely now.
Today, new bars and stems, Ultegra/XTR 10spd drive, SPD-SL pedals, lots of cleaning and tuning...
Still a few tiny things to do, but mostly up to standards.
