What are some good xbox games out right now?I like Time splitters 2 and Star Wars Knights of the Old Republc.

I've never found any game better than halo.

I don't own an XBox but I have been tempted to get one for the new Crimson Skies game. I have the older version for the PC but I believe they're not going to be releasing the new game on anything but XBox. I used to play the boardgame version of Crimson Skies before it died an untimely death much like many excellent boardgames from FASA (and other boardgame manufacturers). Computer-based adventure games killed off many cool tactical boardgames and RPGs.

Prince of Persia: Sands of Time is great. A little too short - but great fun according to my partner :)

Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell and the sequel Pandora's Box are excellent. You'll find the Splinter Cell for very little $$$s.

Not Medal of Honor (at least not the pacific one). I was thoroughly unimpressed by the plot, the gameplay, the weapons, the originality. In short, everything except the graphics (decent).

I'm sure you've got Halo. If not, you forfeit all rights to not be called a loser.

I played a sweet racing game a while back, but don't remember the name.

i own prince of persia and its pretty cool but i quit playing when i got timesplitters
i just bought a super nes so ive been playin that alot Super Mario world rocks!

Halo, of course. Beyond Good and Evil was alot of fun. Waiting for Halo 2, Star Wars KOTOR, Bloodrayne 2 and Conkers Bad Fur Day 2. Of course I'm moving to India for two years just before they all come out.

KOTOR makes me want to get an X-box and Rogue Squadron makes me want a Game Cube, but I have so much invested in my PS2. I will just have to wait for GTA SanAndeas.

xbox live is a must. Then you can get into fabulous multiplayer games that will extend the life of a single game from weeks into months, and the humans on the other side adapt to your skills. Not to mention you can talk. Its really well executed.

Good live games:

Rainbow Six 3, and the new one coming out in august looks very promising (Broken Arrow).
Splinter Cell, Pandora Tomorrow

There is lots of really good looking stuff slated to come out in the fall. Two new multiplayer starwars games and halo 2.

great news: elder scrolls IV, oblivion is coming out
crappy news: coming out for xbox2,ps3, and new nintendo and i have to wait and pay 500 for xbox2

Check out Star Wars Battlefront, and of course the big one Halo 2 on Nov 9...make sure you have xbox live!
Burnout 3 is fun too.

I have only played the demo for it...got boring after the one millionth time i played it :rolleyes:

I agree with iamlucky13 on MOH rising sun really stunk. i was dissapointed too, i hate the controls and the legnth, as you said.

i have gotye but havent been able to become a werewolf yet
i just preordered halo 2 yesterday
and amped, burnout three, and star wars battlefront are all good too
i got sick of battlefront tho

ESPN NBA/NFL 2k5 are awesome. I'm also getting Halo 2 when it's out, I think that will be a great game.

The roommates and i are in a tizzy about video games coming up.

Got Fable on friday, beat it sunday, great game

GTA: San Andreas, then Halo:2 (and yes, we preordered, jerky), then MGS:3, then Gran Turismo, then PoP:2. Then mix in Metroid Prime: Echoes somewhere. Its gonna be a busy season at our house.

We need a new TV really, so we can be playing more than one system at a time.

EB games just called to let me know GTA/SA will be there monday(25th) at seven, good thing I took the next day off.

I like the first person shooter games, such as Ghost Recon and GR: Island Thunder. Also May Payne rocked, but I was disappointed by Max Payne 2. I thought Operation Desert Storm was good but would have been better as 1st person rather than 3rd. Secret Weapons over Normandy rocked, and I like Medal of Honor, Frontline ---it had my heart racing from the beginning...attacking the beaches at Normandy! I loved it! Of course I've only played Halo about 27 times, and it keeps getting better every time I play it!
