Just wanted to take a sec and introduce myself. I'm Adam and I have been cycling since last summer and have been trying hard to make up for lost times.
I ride a fixed converted sakae road bike. It is black with red tires. To keep costs low, i have kept the stock bb/crank arms and the original cog that came with my wheelset. Because of that, i run a 52/15 ratio. My friends think im crazy, but I love the feel.
I think I am one of the few who have aerobars on my fixed but that is because I am training for a triahlon and hope to use this bike in the race if the course permits (not too hilly).
If you see me or my bike at UCI, holler because I would love to meet more bike fanatics.
