Utility Cycling - What do you call those front shallow racks with a wood deck?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
I am trying to google it up but I can't find the words? What are they called?
Though I'm sure this was your first search, I'd guess just "front rack with wooden slats?" I haven't heard a name for them in particular. Here's a place to look, w/ some links to other rack sites:

A bike rack won't fit on me. Front or back. :)
The specs on that says 26' or 700c, If you don't mind making or modifiying brackets it will fit anything.
Porteur. That's the word. Only took me a half hour.

that's the one that immediately came to my mind
Got the Electra rack but I can't seem to get it to fit the Big Dummy. The hardware is not very adjustable.

Can you post a photo just holding it as close to the right place as possible?

Tomorrow I'm going back to the store to get it fitted. I'm going to need two spacers, two extra long bolts, and a little bending action done on the two braces. I'll post a pic of the whole thing all setup when I'm done. Bump this and remind me please if you don't see anything in a day or two.

The rack tray can carry up to 20 lbs. So its not a CETMA rack and you're limited in what you can haul up front.
It's OK. I just like the look and the utility for pizza and stuff. Like last night we brought home our leftover pizza on the SBD.
Here are some better pictures.
