Just curious if this would be a good fit for a city bike.

I am in the process of replacing a front suspension bike, but having SOME kind of confort for the long distance rides while keeping the bike light doesn't sound that bad.

If i used those my tire would hit my downtube every time i hit a bump.
Id say most anyone else with a tight track frame would have the same issue.

Could you imagine what would happen if the beefy rubber bands fail in that hub while you are riding along?
