Have a vintage track frame with frame number 20931 stamped on bottom left rear drop out. Arrow head lugs...must be 50s or before....any idea/advice on identification much appreciated !

What is the BB shell width -- 68mm? 70mm?
What is the BB threading -- 35x1? 1.37x24? 36x24?
