I build my first frame almost 35 years ago, and I've never ridden it. I didn't remember why, but now I think it's because I didn't spread the rear dropouts enough, and it's nearly impossible to get a rear wheel in. I don't like the looks of the brazing on the dropouts, and I want to put a 3 speed hub in the frame. Turns out it's almost perfect spacing for a Sturmey Archer hub.

I'd like to put track dropouts in the frame. It has campy vertical drops that I drilled out, so it's not a good match for an IGH, and again, I feel like I'd have to do something with the dropouts anyway.

Seems like I saw some track dropouts that were made for conversions, but I don't remember where? Does anyone know of such a thing?

Henry James sells THESE (http://www.henryjames.com/productlug.html#laserdo) laser cut track end dropouts made from 4130 chromoly.

Website description: "The Conversion Dropout is extra long so it can be used to convert existing frames to single speed, after removing the original dropouts. It has a long slot for gearing freedom."
