40 year old male from N.E. Pa. After 6 years of saying I was going to ride my old mtn. bike I took it down from the wall & went for a spin.I might be hooked again.The old bike ran great(97 mongoose with aftermarket frontshock:not a wal-mart bike) Going to try and get in shape.I'm a clydesdale.I used to ride alot of bmx when I kid but only rode the mnt. bike about 3 years.Most times I pulled our daughter's trailer behind me. Hopefully I won't ask to many newbie questions.Maybe look to upgrade after summer but the old goose is fine for now.Thanks....
