Introductions - Ok; i'll follow the initiation procedures... :-D

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

UK urban/country casual/commuter usually on a full-sus MTB.
Got enough tools and tech ability to get by; slightly lacking in knowledge of current components.

So if anyone knows whether an e-type FD requires anything of the frame to be used; that'll probably be my first post. (currently using a banded FD, no braize-on points.)
