Haven't been close to the 200lb mark for some time now, currently around 185-187 and stable, want to lose a bunch more still but I'm rather pleased with myself for not gaining over the winter. Treated myself to a new bike for my b-day in November and just got a boatload of (small-ish)clothes to keep me motivated now. Went out on my first ride outside town limits today. It was cold, windy and just before the halfway point it started snowing :-P had a bunch of fun and really like the new bike the handling is awesome, very sure-footed even if the steering is almost a bit too responsive.

Yes. It's getting a carbon fork sometime soon, waiting for it and the (stem bolt)torque tool to show up in the mail.
