well is it not spinning due to the rim hitting the brakepads, the hub completly locked up or what? I have had my chain come off and wrap itself around my fixed cog causing it to lockup. I have also had my axel slip in the dropouts and thus locking up my wheel. I would look at the hub and the brakes. your rim in itself doesn't really have anything to do with the way your wheel spins. Unless of course it's just wrecked.

Well I Dont Have Breaks So Its Not That,,,,,,,its Cuz My Hub Is Locked Up,,,,,ya Your Right About The Rim Not Bein Part Of It Im Just Sayin That To Get Across The Main Point That My Wheel Doesnt Spin

Take the wheel off and inspect the hub.

its not hittin the frame is it ? what kind of wheel u probably just ****ed it up and its crooked or something get a spoke wrench and try to fix it

this may sound stupid but ur rim might be buckled ( its not that is it)

If it is is loose ball then you need to adjust the cones on the hub. However on most hubs you need to remove the freewheel to do this. So if you do not have a remover tool, then a trip to your LBS is in order.

this may sound stupid but ur rim might be buckled ( its not that is it)
it might b becus ur freewheel is messed up but it on the left or rite which eva 1 u dnt ride on
