Track Cycling: Velodrome Racing and Training Area - Moving to LB...Riding @ ADT

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
I'm planning a move to Long Beach in the near-ish future (roughly 7-10 months) and would want to start training at ADT. I currently ride at Hellyer in San Jose and have not yet ridden at ADT.
Could anyone give me a general idea of how much I'd be spending on training? I'd like to go at least 2 if not 3-4 days out of the week, plus coaching. Thanks for any help!

Annual unlimited is $480 if you don't volunteer (on the order of a half day or so a couple times/year) , $320 if you do. It works out to $6-10/week (assuming you take a few weeks off) for all the sessions you can ride. Coaching is more.
Various regular training sessions, the qualification requirements, and rates are listed here: http://lavelodrome.org/training.htm
Races are listed on a separate page- there are friday training night races about twice/month, and saturday TT and omniums about once a month.
If you're already a cat 1/2 on the track you don't need to do the cert class. If you race, you can get the cert class free (included with your entry+track fee) when you race one of the LAVRA saturday omniums.
