Hey, thanks for giving it a shot. We ended up doing the valley circle drive, up to calabasas, through mulholand drive, wells drive, not bad.. The route was great specially wells drive coz there's not too much vehicles.

south out of topanga to the beach if fun and beautiful. if you take old topanga down to the town then back up on topanga blvd it's a 15 mile loop that's pretty with some climbing.

Head north on desoto to rinaldi, go left on porter ranch drive, that's a fun hill with a view. head right at the top of the hill, right on tampa (not the most interesting descent but it won't burn your breaks like PR drive). If that wasn't enough tak rinaldi left to reseda and climb up that. If you're still looking for a view head right on sesnon, down the trail at the end which will take you right back up to the other side of the ravine where a trail to your left (might want to lock the bikes up to the adjacent pole for this one) is a quick hike with a beautiful view at the top.

If thats too timid, just take mullholland west, there's plenty of beauty and pain to be had there.
