Mountain Biking - Need Stratos Help Bad!!!!!!!

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

So I hust got my Y50 yesterday and it is great except my stratos pro rear shock makes a very odd sound while traveling. It sounds like someone forcing water back and forth through a slightly opened soda bottle (swish swish). The other thing I've noticed is when I get on the bike it compresses about 25% just from my bodyweight. I have it up to 160 PSI and the dampening med-stiff. It performs really really hard, even though there is a shock in the rear it feels stiff (no the lockout is not on). So I went to stratos site to find out more but from the looks of things it kinda seems like there not around anymore, is this true? What should I do, replace it (with what?), refurb it, or send it back to stratos (if they exist anymore). PLEASE HELP!!!!!!
Thanks,
Josh

Best advice I can give you is to ask this on Ridemonkey.com in Tech Talk or the Mountain Biker's Lounge. They have a resident Stratos expert who hangs around there ;)

This might help:

The site looks alive and well.

It should compress about 20% or so from your body weight. That is called sag.
