Great Lakes - my first GPS upload... did I do this right?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

can you see the data via the link?

hooked up with a Team Apache guy yesterday who kicked my butt, LOL. He was nice and went my speed (well a little faster, but no pain no gain right, LOL), but OMG my legs are trashed today. It was windyyyyyyyy yesterday... and then I noticed the GPS gave you wind avg too... way cool. 13mph avg wind is pretty windy don't you think... I do!!

I think that was the first 45miles I've ever done without stopping, uggg, while pushing hard pretty much the whole time.

okay and the avg looks bad, but the wind was high...

Still trying to figure out this gadget... haven't hooked up cadence yet but the heart rate monitor worked good yesterday. Pretty neat toy :D

Nice ride.

I didn't realize there was a path among the tracks south of the Stevenson. I'll have to check that out.

Thanks for sharing.

yeah it seemed like a nice path. We picked it up at Columbia Woods which is on Willow Springs Road... just a tad bit northwest of the Archer/Willow Springs Road intersection. If you go north on WSR from Archer, and go under the viaduct, you'll see a frontage road to your left that will take you right to the path...that's where we got on.
