Hey Everyone,
I don't post here very often, but thought I would give this a try. I'm training to do a 150 mile bike ride on Columbus Day weekend and looking for others to join me. I live in Alexandria, VA and will bike from Franconia to Purcellville, stay overnight then bike back to Franconia via the Mt Vernon & W&OD. People can join anywhere along the trail they want. I'm 43 and an average rider and use a hybrid bike right now. Hopefully I'll get a road bike. There'll be planned stops for rest and nutrition replenishment.
