Went out on the local MUP with my two sons. Slowly increasing the ride distance, the toung lad did real good today. Got in 16km, made a few stops for bio breaks, playground break and hot chocolate break. Had a great ride. As much as I love flying on the roads I love these rides even more, kinda like training my future riding partners!

That's awsome. I absolutely love riding with my son, who is ten. Good "Dad time" with the kids.

Well your ride recap had two things I never heard of bio breaks and playground break. I gotta say it never occurred to me that someone in this group would need a playground break:) Sounds like a great time.
