I bought one of those, very compact size for a P7, super bright, a little brighter than my other P7's.. The runtime is the only downside, you will get about 50-60 minutes max on high mode.. The low mode is fine to be seen, but is about 30% of high mode.. Overall a solid light..

That is a pretty solid deal.. The MC-E throws a little better than the P7 and would make a great bike light.. Shiningbeam is a good company to deal with.. They ship fast and answer all your questions..
The voltage regulation means you can also use unprotected cells without any worries..
