the second two links are to the same bike, that being said, those bikes are two vastly different sizes, so get the one that fits.

Can't really say a whole lot about either. They're low-end frames, with low-end components. As was already said, you need to know which fits better, versus which looks better. A bike can be phenomenally beautiful, but if it doesn't fit you just won't ride it.

+1 Both low end gas pipe bikes. Just get the one that fits. Prices look appropriate for the level of bike.
On a womens style frame, I much prefer the mixte type (neither of these two are mixtes). Market value of a decent mixte is over these prices. Just a matter of your budget and what you plan to do with the bike.

+1, Run, don't walk, to get the Panasonic if it fits. Even if you have to put a few $$ into it, that's the best bike of that group.
