Get a blowtorch and put it on the pads for like 20 seconds each, and it also helps to heat the rotor up alot.
How do i get to the pads?

I would try using a can of automotive brake cleaner in the spray can. Spray it on the disc and give it a spin while applying brakes. See if that helps.
Have you checked your pads to see if they are worn out?
You can find out how the take out the pads on the internet. Either that, or take your bike to your LBS and they should be able to show you how to do it. Once the pads are out you can bake them in an oven to burn off any oil residue etc. For the rotors, you can wipe them with alcohol. Automotive brake cleaner is not recommended for bicycle disc brakes. If you do decide to go with the automotive brake cleaner, keep it clear of any plastic components as they may deteriorate if exposed to the cleaner. Also, sometimes disc brakes just squeal. It's the nature of the beast.
Best of luck.
Thanks Everybody youve been a big help!!!!
