anyone have any info about a mid 1980s fuji sagres? the seller is asking $180, but i think that's a bit steep... am I right? what price should it be around?

It depends on where you are. If it were in Atlanta, I might consider that price if it were in really nice shape and I was looking for that particular model (Fuji collector here). Otherwise, I would probably pass it up. However, some areas seem to be REALLY high. In certain areas, that could be really cheap.
I tried googling a $180 Fuji Sagres and saw one in LA. If you are looking at the one that was in LA, pass it up. Spend the extra $60 and get the Fuji Opus. It was a vastly better bike. Top of the line.
