Hey,
I found a 2002 Trek 4300 Alpha for $275. the guy put new pedals, a specialized computer on, bar ends, its in perfect condition. Retail was $369 or something like that. What would be a reasonable price? Thanks

My girlfriend bought a 2003 Trek 4300 for $300 off the shop floor. It doesn't sound like such a great deal, unless it's in "like new" condition. Computers cost b/w $20-30, bar ends b/w $10-30. I'd offer $250 at most.

btw, great website.

I have two Trek 4300's. The '03 model, i paid $170 for on ebay. The 04 model i paid $350 for at bike shop. I recently saw the 04 for $319 brand new. No that is not a good deal. Look elsewhere or offer him $175 at most.
