OK Next step in my Y-50 "process" is the frame. I love the frame very much but it has a couple BAD nicks and the factory stickers are peeling. Does anyone know of a company that will refurbish and/or repaint a carbo frame?

When I worked in a bike shop we used to send Trek Bikes back to Trek and they would repaint/re-decal them. You may want to check with your local Trek dealer.
