Wondering if anyone has any recommendations for a bike shop in Manhattan that has all the right tools (and skill) to face the head tube and bottom bracket (and chase the threads too) on a traditional steel frame and install headset cups, crown race and an ultra torque crank. Willing to pay premium to have it done right but would prefer to avoid a place that gives you drama for otherwise building a bike up on your own and not buying a bike from them.
