Classic & Vintage - Anyone have a source for replacement Cannondale bits?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Here's the story: I was given an old Cannondale road frame, likely an '88 based on the serial number, but the paint was completely stripped and all the plastic bits were missing. Cdale frames of this era had snap-in brake cable guides, removable downtube shifter bosses, and an odd little bolt-on front derailler bracket.
Here's the question: Does anyone know a cheap source for these parts? The top-tube cable guides I could make do without, but the shifter bosses and front derailler tab are, well... necessary. Thanks in advance for the help! I cross-posted to bicycle mechanics, just in case.

I'm not sure if they would work for you, not having any experience with Cannondales myself, but Nova sells rivet-on cable guides (http://www.novacycles.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=61_144_161&products_id=593) and stops (http://www.novacycles.com/catalog/index.php?cPath=61_144_146), derailleur tabs (http://www.novacycles.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=61_144_151&products_id=1287), and the "through-the-DT" style shifter bosses (http://www.novacycles.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=61_144_178&products_id=835) I seem to recall being associated with Cannondales. You will get totally screwed on shipping and "handling" for a small order, but it might still be your cheapest mail-order option.

Alex, what is the width of your downtube? My bosses are indeed identical to the ones Grim posted.

Ok sorry to dig up an old thread.
I picked up an 86 C'dale today and all the guides are missing at least on pin and the rear is off completely. Did anybody have luck getting them though a dearler (I used to work for one)? I really don't want to pay mike's bikes 19 bucks for 3 tiny pieces of plastic.
I got some a year ago from Cannondale Australia, don't know about USA.
