Well when I started this lifestyle change last August, I weighed in at 204 lbs. Too much weight for me at 5' 7" tall, so I decided to grab the bull by the horns, and do something. The biggest change I've made was to just quit drinking so much darn soda, and get some regular exercise. Of course the diet changed a little also, but I still eat pretty good.

Had a chance to have a post ride pic taken today, so I thought I'd share with you folks. Not the best photo, but hey at least you get a chance to see me for once.

Congrats, you turned it around before it got REALLY hard....just kidding. Gotta agree with you on the soda part, it really does seem to make a difference for the better (this includes diet soda IMO).

Nice lookin' tank, er I mean truck too! :D

What bike is that? couldn't quite make it out.

Thanks gang!

That truck is actually my sisters, and she's 7" shorter than me. :)

The bike is a Flyte SRS3, and I believe they are officially out of business. The components are mostly Ultegra.

And yes I should smile a little more often in pictures. :D

Great job. I have a great problem with quitting the sodas. I think they are the biggest thing holding me back. Glad to see you were able to kick them and change your lifestyle for the better.
