Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Does anyone here know anything about it? I'm moving to Changwon City this summer, and was psyched to hear about the velodrome. I've only found a couple not-great photos and essentially zero information in English about it, and my Korean language skills are presently nil. If anyone knows anything about the track, or for that matter track racing in Korea in general, I'd love to hear.
Thanks.

if it's like other velodromes in korea, it's open to the public some days of the week but is mostly there to make money from drunk gamblers.
sorry i couldn't find korean sites for you and translate them, but i did find some english ones.

track racing as far as i could tell from my little place in shigol-dong is nowhere near as awesome as in japan. but there's a fair bit, especially in those "planned" cities.
if you're not competing, you can probably use the track for fun. there's going to be a charge, but not too much.

Thanks for the reply. Once I'm over there and can readily find out more by just going over to the track, I'll update here with what I find out.
