folks, please listen carefully to what i'm about to say: do NOT eat a supreme tombstone frozen pizza before a strenious ride. you will lose it. i did this and after 12 miles i started to feel lightheaded, then i quickly jumped off the bike (unclipping is hard in an emergency) and threw up all over the side of the bike path!
the tombstone corporation makes a fine pizza product, but they should really put a warning on it saying not to take one before physical activity. :o
Depends on how hard you ride, heh I can eat a whole dominos pizza and ride 50 miles if I go easy. Push it though, and my stomach tightens up and everything comes running out.
You need to practice hurling on the bike while riding like those TDF riders pee off their bikes. :)

Tombstone pizza has gone WAY downhill over the last decade. Sad to say.

Maybe if you defrost the pizza next time you'll have better luck.
Actually, consuming a large amount of any food right before a strenuous activity is likely to be less than satisfying.

If you eat anything with high fat lots of grease and don't give it time to digest before you ride of course it wont agree with ya . your better off eating pizza after the ride, and eating light complex carbs with protien before ride.

Don’t try this either. First go to lunch and eat a mother gut bomb burrito and large root beer. Then get off work unexpectedly early 30 min later and ride 10 miles home on you single speed. About 20 min into the ride I started worrying about the big hill coming up. I didn't spew but I bet I had a funny look on my face for a while.
creepin up on ya,

Tombstone is too spicy or something------about turns my stomach any time I eat one(NO--I don't eat them anymore)---and I can generally stomach most anything.
Man, I love Tombstone Pizza! I'd rather have one of those than order takeout! I don't eat them often as they are counter productive to my weight loss goals. They are a nice treat now and then. :D

oh, that's probably just the genetically altered ingredients that aren't agreeing with you. over time i'm sure you'll build up a tolerance ;)
actually, i'm not kidding. i was curious on what is in a tombstone pizza, started doing a little research, and i came across this website (from 2002):
http://pirg.org/ge/GE.asp?id2=5330&id3=ge&
here is a highlight:
"The group tested 10 Kraft products and found the questionable ingredients in seven, including Boca Burgers, Snackwell's crackers, Post Blueberry Morning Cereal and Tombstone Pizza."
OR, don't drink 4 fast pints of Guinness at your friends house, then hop on bike.
Amazing the amount of pressure you can build up

One food to NOT eat, ever.....
vegitarian "buffalo wings"....I got conned into tryng them last night, and my god they are horrible...it's like the devil himself decided to make a food to torture all the humans on earth, and happened to mnake it vegetarian so veggies and their friends are all the more likely to meet the rancid incarnate in a red breading.
I ate about 8 of them, and couldnt stand any more (each one has about half the stuff a real buffalo wing has, so the equalt of 4 buffalo wings)...and already felt bad...well after 2 miles on the bike I was ready to blow...I felt so bad...
And to think, vegetables died for that....the nerve!

You cant tell me thats true

Did it still look like pizza on the side of the path? haha
Just kidding, luckily I never had that experience. I doesn't sound like that much fun.

The Tombstone pizza crust is so tough and hard, but I'd bet it would make a good substitute for a broken wheel.
