Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

The spring on my shock seems to be squeaking or creeking on small bumps. I think it's the spring being compressed that's making the noise. It's not bad, but if there's a way to make it stop, please let me know
I thank you for your time.

It's probably NOT your spring, but the bushings. There are usually aluminum bushings (spacers) between the shock body and your frame. These will develop "play" after awhile and creak. You need to go to a dealer and get the appropriate ones for your frame/shock.

What kind of bike is it? The cheap wal-mart fully suspended bikes are known for this.
