Is there any interest out there for a folding bike forum? There must be plenty of Bike Friday, Brompton and Dahon owners out there.

If anything, I think it would either be part of the Touring forum, or perhaps make a subforum under that?

We do have quite a few members with folding bikes, but I don't see what topics would be specific enough to warrant its own forum.

If you have a forum for recumbents, why not folders? They're both peculiar types of bikes that have their issues and their afficionadoes.

I think folders should be a sub-forum of the Commuting forum. This seems to be what they're primarily used for. I doubt that there is enough interest in them to warrent a seperate forum.

Recumbents seem to be a totally different breed of animal and have thier own fan base. Sort of like the high-wheelers, who refer to each other as "wheel". To each thier own, I guess.:rolleyes:
