Mangaloy frame, maybe just the forks.
Any idea what it is? Silver, appears to have 105 components.
$175 to $225, depending on overall condition and frame size. Does it have 700c rims or 27 inch rims? With 27 inch rims, price would be at the low end of the range ($175). I would think with 105 components, it is going to have 700c rims.
All the Mangalloy framed Excelle I've seen were 600EX equipped, circa 1983, about $300 US MSL. A 1983 would have had 27" rims.

Well, I think I'll pick it up.
Thanks for the advice, and I'll let you know how it goes.

My brother used to own a Lotus Excel SE, but it certainly didn't have any Shimano parts on it, nor Mangalloy tubing. It looked like this: http://www.stockscoachworks.co.uk/lotusexcel-se.html
