Not sure if this has been covered here yet (I've looked a bit but can't find much amongst so much!) but I was wondering if anyone can offer up some tips or a link even on nutrition and eating for short velodrome races. I was interested in becoming better at short distance events where I can get faster and have more endurance for short bursts as opposed to being able to ride 200 miles daily.
