I've been looking into Cyclo-club.com as it was featured on The FredCast recently, and I wanted to see if anyone out there is already a member and can give some feedback on it -- what you like/don't like, if it's worth the $, if there are other comparable programs I should also look at, etc.
I've been looking for a good way to bring more structure to my training without spending a lot of money on a live coach or alternatively just trying to rely on a book, and from what I can tell, this seems to strike that balance, along with a recognition that for most of us training programs needs to be flexible (weather, commitments, etc).
If you're a member or thinking about it, I'd love to hear your thoughts -- thanks!
