Today started out rough, so I went to Franktuary (http://www.franktuary.com/).

One Detroit. One Chicago Imposter. One soft pretzel.

Then I spent my lunch hour blowing $311.xx on bike gear.

Dorothy's Ristorante.

I had the same open-faced green chili burger as always, didn't need to place an order...the waitress already knew.

Subway, 12 inch sub for $5. Ate it on the third floor of the parking garage at the mall where the Subway
s located. I was checking out the parking garage for possible interval training rides, or using the stairwells/ramps for training runs (I jog/run 2X per week, ride 3X per week). Just might work in the early AM and on rainy days . . .

You do you realize if you train in a parking garage that you have to slide around the corners and yell, "Run for it guys, it's the mob!" right?

I rode a century today, riding from Eugene to Corvallis (50 miles) and had pizza here http://www.adpizza.com/html/downtown.html

I sat at a sidewalk table and had a great time watching all the people out on a beautiful day.

Then I rode back to Eugene to complete the 100.7 mile ride.

Nah, don't speak Yinzburgher/Pittsburghese. The omission of "to be" is grating on the ears.
