sounds like a dumb question. but I have an ironman brand watch that I assume can help me in my triathalon...ing;

I searched "how to use a watch" and it said the following words were not included "how, to, use, a" so, effectively just having searched "watch" I got nothing. Can someone point me to a tutorial (it seems like something that should be in the beginner triathalon sticky section) of how to effectively use a watch to train.

You might also need a course on how to use a search engine :) If you actually included the quotes around your phrase, it would not have excluded those words. I got the above by typing "how to use" timex ironman
