I went to the Dallas cruiser show on Sunday, and spotted some neat bikes. Photos of a couple here.

If I understood right, the builder said the handlebars were too much of a stretch, so he moved them back and added the linkage to the fork:

One of the more inventive there, I thought. The second sprocket and chain on the left side move a lever that opens and closes the mouth while riding. That's a lighter out in front. The hand lever sticking up works a pump. The bottle in the back is combustible fluid which is pumped out through the mouth over the lighter and Whoof! Very cool.

Now that I think of it, perhaps that's an Angler Fish.
