At 2727 got you beat by a smidgeon. I live in San Diego and with the heat wave, temps here hit 80F at the beach, so the season is over. I need to remember to get sun tan lotion....

Great Job cyclesafe! I more than happy to be beat for miles. I'm just curious how everyone is doing so far this spring. I know some people live in places where riding in the early part of the year requires a snowplow. I only require for the most part a good set of rain gear.

I start more or less when the clocks go forward. Somewhere between 500 and 1000 so far, but I did the first chunk without a computer on the bikes I was riding so I will never know the exact figure.

2,956.84. Easy to rack up when you ride 40 miles a day during the week and throw in a few centuries on weekends. Once the weather cracks I'm going to try to push the 40 per day to 50. Home tonight in the cold rain reminded me it's not warm yet :P

Bad winter and 2 months of illness have me under 2100 km (1300 miles).

March 21 was my first ride outside for the year. The snow and ice that would damage my rear derailleur was finally clear enough so I could actually go out. I'm at 203 miles since then. It's been a rough couple of weeks slowing me way down. I'd hoped to be over 250 miles for just April alone by now, but I've been fighting a nasty tooth ache for a couple weeks. One of those kind where you raise your heartrate and the pain just spikes through your skull with every heartbeat.

Needless to say, I'm almost developing an aversion to my trike thanks to negative reinforcement. :twitchy:
