Well I think the title explains it all. I'm looking for a lightweight good rolling tires. The trails I ride vary from muddy, sandy, dry dirt packed, rocky trails. I have 26" wheels.

the kevlar bead is lighter, and more storable, but thats it, so if you want a lighter tire get the kevlar, if price is more important to you get the steel bead one. only other thing is that the kevlar bead tire comes in a 2.35 if you care

I've heard good things about the Nevegal, but I've also heard that they are slow. Do the Fire XC tires roll faster? Do they grip and corner as well?

Those tires seem nice, but I think I want something with a more aggressive tread, that's why the Nevegals interested me.
