I wish that I have read reviews of them prior to ordering my girlfriend's bike.
The story:
My LBS was charging $749 + tx for a Bianchi Pista. It's the MSRP and that's cool but I needed to save some change.
Cool, beyondbikes.com has the bike in the size I need. $700 shipped. Sounds good. Add to cart, checkout, paypal, done. The next day I get a confirmation saying it's going to ship in 7 days (it said 0-5 days on the site). Ok, that's cool.
The order was on 4/6.
I called multiple times and they said it's going to ship soon. Then I went and read reviews, and decided on calling them back and saying "I read all this bad reviews of you guys and that apparently this happens alot where you tell the customer that it's going to ship any day. Do you really have the bike and is it actually going to ship?"
"Yup, it's going to go out today"
Then I dropped an email saying I'm going to throw up a dispute on paypal if I don't get a tracking number by the end of the day.
I finally got a tracking number.
It's 4/22 (tracking says it will be here 4/24, hopefully it's right).
Either way, the better part of a month to get the bike...
I'll definitely not shop with them again...
