Commuting - time cleats and other pedals
Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

will Time cleats work on any other brand pedals? i have the 2-hole spd type for the time atac mtb pedals.
Not that I am aware of. I run time pedals and I know they will not work on Shimano, although a possibility on Crank Brothers since they both use the bar type mechanism.
I saw a graph, once, that had pedal makes and whether or not a given set of cleats would engage with another type of pedal. They were given grades...A, B, etc. May have been in Zinn, borrow a copy from the library, or maybe someone else here knows.

I thought the Time Atac cleat was spd compatible?
