Just joined Bike Forums today... I also joined the bike to work commuter ranks today as well. :D Hello to all. I'm a Motocrosser that got into spin classes back in 1998 for the training and became a spin instructor in 1999 because I enjoyed it so much. I have a carbon fiber roadie single, a roadie tandem that the wife and I get out on (although not often enough) and a older Specialized MTB I'm just converting into a commuter. I have no idea why I've waited this long to do this! Maybe the rediculous gas prices? I have a 14 mile round trip that I can push at time trial pace for a great workout that only takes 18 to 20 minutes each way. I have no excuse cept maybe the recent monsoon season here in SW Michigan. Sheesh! :eek: Anyway, I've blabbed enough.
