For 399.00 , Bikes Direct will give you a rebadged Fuji or KHS :)

The thing that worries me most about the Caddy you are looking at is
the rear derailluer. A rule of thumb: If you see a red jog wheel in a stamped cage, avoid !

Theres always Craigslist, too. If you do your research, that money will get
you something very nice ! Good luck.
