I am asking for your support in a very special cause.
As many of you know our daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes about 2 1/2 years ago at age 6. I have promised her that I will do everything I can to help find a cure.
Please support me as I look to overcome the Green Mountains in Vermont while turning the cranks for over 100 miles on August 29th. All donations in support of my ride will go directly to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) which is an organization dedicated to finding a cure for Type 1 diabetes. Riding 100 miles in a day in the mountains will not be easy but it is nothing compared to what Catie and many others living with type 1 diabetes need to endure each and every day.
