HI guys,
If you are in the Berkely area then the mechanics at The Missing Link Bicycle Co-op (http://www.missinglink.org/) get the thumbs up from us. The problem we found was that every bike mechanic had at least a week of work (sometimes two!) backlogged, but the guys squeezed us in for two bottom brackets. I know it isn't a wheel build, but we were recommended by a local to go ther as they have a really good reputatioin around the town.
PS: their prices were also really competitive
