The bike mobile eased past 500,000 miles yesterday on a short planned trip to lunch to celebrate the event. We had a fun and festive celebration!! We also went by my local mechanic to get a picture of him with the Previa. He was proud!! He is a terrific certified Toyota mechanic who now has his own business. He was pleased to be recognized and to be included!!
We taking the picture and making a nice framed photo with his Shop's sign photo-shopped on it with a message about his skills keeping the car going past 500k---something he can hang in his office for other customers to see!!
Those last several thousand miles went by quickly!!
Palt-we replaced the flex hose to the catalytic converter and it runs very quietly now!! It didn't realize it was so loud......Also turned the rear rotors and added some freon so it's ready for many more bike trips to the mountains!
