Im planning to ride on the bike trail in this area as this is close to work. Can someone recommend a parking space close to this area where I an also change from my work clothes? Your input will be greatly appreciated.

The best place I can think of is San Marco Park. It's ~ .5 of a mile away from Jamboree/Alton.

Take Alton towards the Spectrum, turn right on Harvard then the second light turn right into the park.

There is a rest room there where a lot of Cyclists change, it's a 15 second ride to the BB trail on the wiggly path that leads to it..

I always park at the shopping center at Main and Harvard (1 block south of Jamboree) and change in the Einstein Bagels or Rubio's bathroom.

The Col Bill Barber Memorial Park connects to that same trail (Mountains to Sea/San Diego Creek) and might be a better option as the paths are wider than San Marco Park. The San Marco Park tends to have more dog walkers nearby.

From Jamboree and Alton, Turn left at Harvard and it will be on the left.
