I'm a law student at BC, and I have an internship this summer in Phoenix, AZ. I'd really like to take my road bike with me, but with the time pressure from the end of the semester and leaving very soon after that, I'm not going to have time to disassemble my bike, pack it up, and ship it myself. Is there a reliable bike shop or other place in or near Boston (I don't have a car, but could probably get a ride from a friend if necessary) where I can just give them my bike and pay them to take care of everything?

Thanks!

Try International Bicycles in Newton or Landry's on Comm Ave.

I've never used them for shipping, but Harris Cyclery in West Newton has always been very helpful.

Landry's is close to BC, and they ship bikes: http://www.landrys.com/services/BikePackingShipping/default.aspx

Wheelworks in Belmont (http://wheelworks.com/) has shipped bikes for me in the past. No complaints.
